Program Floater ~ Child Care Center

Responsibilities: - Provide support to all Teacher's and staff with numerous tasks - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children within the program - Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members (Must speak fluent English, Spanish is a plus but English is a MUST) - Daily Cleaning duties will be required - Monitor children's behavior and progress in order to support the Teacher - Assist Program Director with Administration Tasks - Cover in classrooms when other staff may be absent - Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment Skills: - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues - Knowledge of childhood development principles and special education techniques - Experience in daycare settings with expertise in child welfare and classroom management Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.
00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: * Springfield, MA 01118: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
