POSITION: FAMILY CHILD CARE COORDINATORQUALIFICATIONS: Have completed training and been certified as a Coordinator for FCC/FFN Model with Parent Child + NationalPERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include: Participate in Family Child Care home visitsDevelop PC+ curriculum for family child caresSupervise the Family Child Care Assistant CoordinatorOrder program materialsComplete all necessary supervisory meeting with the Massachusetts Family Child Care CoordinatorsComplete data requirements and assess each child in every family child care location REPORTS TO: Director of CurriculumTERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: March 1, 2024-December 31, 2024SALARY: $3,432 STIPEND (paid out $1,716 way through & $1,716 at the completion of the program paid after December 31, 2024)5 hrs.
/wk x 24 wks x $26 = $3,120 - for 3 childcare home visits for 1 hour each and supervision with Family Child Care Assistant Coordinator for 2 hours per weekPLUS 2 hrs/mo.
