Archery Camp Counselor

*Starting Summer 2024!* The Archery Specialist at Camp Norwich is meant to further the mission of the camp and HRYMCA core values (caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility) through the development & delivery of archery activities for a range of ages.
*Job Duties* * Develop & deliver an archery curriculum that is appropriate for the age & ability of campers aged 5-14.
* Ensure that campers & staff know and follow safety procedures * Assist in management and care of archery facilities as well as equipment * Evaluate success of archery curriculum *Qualifications* * Current USA Archery Level 1 Instructor certification or higher * Must be at least 18 years of age * Experience working with children required *Benefits include a free membership to the Y and the opportunity to participate in a 403(b).
