Behavior Technician

Autism Allies is a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) with clinical operations in central and western Massachusetts.
We are seeking Behavior Technicians/ Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team of dedicated professionals committed to using the principles of ABA to help children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Autism Allies provides in-home and center-based services out of our Central MA and Western MA locations.
*We are currently looking to staff clients in the following towns: West Springfield, Agawam, Holyoke, and the surrounding areas* *Competencies* * Communication Skills * Demeanor * Dependability * Job Knowledge * Organizational Skills * Relationship Building * Teamwork * Work Standards *Responsibilities* * Provide center-based and in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis service * Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of applied behavior analysis * Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions * Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors * Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work * Implement and follow Behavior Support Plans (BSP) * Teach curriculum and programming for each client’s BSP; model appropriate skills and/or social behaviors and monitor * Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions * Complete datasheets, program sheets, and other forms of documentation * Prepare materials for individual and group activities * Track and report billable hours for insurance providers through practice management software *Qualifications* * High School Diploma/GED required (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred) * Minimum 6 months childcare experience (ABA experience preferred) * Reliable transportation * Excellent verbal and written skills * Ability to pass a criminal background check *Benefits* * Mileage reimbursement * Tablet for taking data * Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance (for employees working 20 hr/wk minimum) PART-TIME Hours are between M-F 3-7 pm and/or Sat 10 am - 3 pm *Autism Allies is currently offering a sign-on bonus of up to $300 if scheduled for over 15 hr/wk.
