This is a left side cover and pull start assembly for a craftsman 18 inch/ 42 cc chainsaw.
Cover also says "Reduced Vibration Handle" on it.
Pull start works as it should and is complete with everything you see in the pic.
Nothing is broken or worn on this item.
You can also see that the primer for starting the chainsaw goes through this piece.
