Position Description:
The Sales Operations Assistant position is responsible to assist the sales team with clerical work and will interact with sales, product development, and customer service.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and assist with maintenance of tracking systems for new product, promotions, and product changes.
Assist with creation, printing, and distribution of marketing communications such as flyers, brochures, and exhibition-related projects.
Developing standardized presentations, sales scripts, proposals.
Assist with production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking copy.
Create excel spreadsheets utilizing available data sources for product uploads and product changes.
Assists with sales reporting.
Assist with changes to BOM’s and routers.
Attending tradeshows, company sponsored promotions and events.
Setup and tear down for tradeshows.
Assist in ordering and organizing corporate branded items and apparel.
Work with VP of Sales & Marketing to track expenses to marketing budget.
Assist with implementation and management of new product launch process.
Provide general clerical support to the Sales team.
Skills and Specifications:
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills.
Highly organized
Effective project management skills.
Good team player.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field desired but not required.
HS Diploma required.
