Previous retail experience (especially in furniture or mattresses) is a plus, but not necessary.

As this is a true retail environment, any candidate must understand that there is an expectation that they will be required to work every Saturday and Sunday.
This is a 40 hours per week (no nights), salaried position plus Medical, Dental, 401K Retirement Match, Bonuses and Profit Sharing.
Starting pay is commensurate with experience.
