*Bid Department – Project Coordination Specialist*
Go Graphix, the regional leader in specialty graphics and signs, is looking to add a full-time Project Coordination Specialist to assist our growing Bid/Estimating Department.
In this part-time position you will help to accelerate our continued growth by communicating directly with our vendors, product manufacturers, and clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys researching bid opportunities, then gathering, and analyzing cost data from teammates, suppliers, vendors, and other sources.
You will be helping to put bids and estimates together and then submitting them.
Once bids are awarded, you’ll be working with architects and contractors, providing them with samples and helping to organize and coordinate project activities.
The ideal candidate will be good with numbers, spreadsheets and navigating around specialized bid and estimating software.
This is a position for someone who is highly organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven.

*Responsibilities*
· Using specialized software, research bid opportunities and determine if they are worth pursuing.
If so, work within the stated deadline to produce a high-quality bid.
· Gain a thorough understanding of the project.
Determine what elements to bid on.
· Obtain and review quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and our team to determine key project variables and associated costs.
· Work with the Go Graphix Team to determine pricing for each aspect of the project.
· Prepare the bid and all required elements in a timely manner.
· For awarded bids, work with the Go Graphix Bid Team to provide submittals as required.
· Work with existing vendors and help to develop new ones.
(Fabricators, subcontractors, suppliers.
)
· Produce post-project reports comparing estimated costs and labor requirements to actual costs.
