We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will be essential in developing and implementing the marketing strategy which will drive our next stage of growth.
This person will be critical in building social presence, brand recognition, and acquiring new customers.
Green Collar has created a niche in the market by providing single source Energy Efficiency services that historically would have required hiring multiple contractors.
Offering HVAC, Insulation, and Window installation allows us to optimize customer experience by controlling all aspects of the project internally from sales, to install, to quality control.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with ownership to develop marketing strategies that align with business core values and goals.
* Create and monitor content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, web, and print.
* Plan and execute event management including presence at home shows and farmers markets.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and collateral.
* Monitor the performance of campaigns using metrics to provide regular reports to management.
* Manage Lead intake, statuses, and work with sales team to increase conversions.
* Develop and grow robust customer referral program based on existing customer base.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant experience.
* Proven experience in executing successful marketing campaigns.
* Excellent communication skills, phone skills (verbal and written)
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
* In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
* Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
00 - $65,000.
