Responsibilities
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, understanding their coverage needs and offering tailored solutions.
Policies and Endorsements: Manage policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently and accurately.
Claims Assistance: Assist clients with the claims process, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate and analyze clients' businesses to provide appropriate coverage recommendations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty License is a requirement.
Experience: Previous experience in commercial insurance is a requirement.
Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs, assess risks, and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
