*Position Overview*
Growing Licensed Home Care Agency and PCA Program with an office in Holyoke.
Seeking bilingual full time *Relationship Manager.
*The Relationship manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote home care services offered by the organization.
This role involves identifying target markets, building relationships with referral sources, and executing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and client referrals.
*Responsibilities and Duties*
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients, referral sources, and competitors in the home care industry.
* Analyze market trends and customer preferences to develop effective marketing strategies.
* Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, discharge planners, social workers, and other referral sources.
* Collaborate with community organizations, senior centers, and local businesses to generate referrals and enhance brand visibility and connect the Agency to our community at large by providing services that will benefit them and their families
* Develop comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote home care services.
* Determine appropriate marketing channels, such as digital advertising, social media, community events, and direct mail, to reach target audiences.
* Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
* Develop and maintain the organization's online presence through website updates, social media engagement, and email marketing.
* Conduct outreach efforts to potential clients and their families through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
* Educate clients and caregivers about available home care services and benefits.
* Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community outreach programs.
* Organize and participate in educational seminars and workshops to increase awareness of home care options.
* Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client referrals, website traffic, and conversion rates.
* Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes for management review.
* Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, including healthcare privacy laws (e.
g.
, HIPAA) and advertising standards.
* Uphold ethical standards in all interactions with clients, referral sources, and community partners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.
