We are looking for a talented and dedicated Recruiter/Account Manager to join our fun and dynamic team.
In this multifaceted role, you will not only be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates but also for nurturing and managing client relationships.
Attendance is a critical function to ensure that we provide our clients and candidates with exceptional service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, requirements, and company culture.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and place high-quality candidates with client companies.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit with client organizations.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular communication and updates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending job offers.
• Provide a positive and informative candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment and placement process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve client and candidate satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate and client interactions.
• Attend onsite client meetings throughout Western and Central MA
Skills/Requirements:
• Proven experience in a Sales or Account Manager role in an agency or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end client relationship management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and client relationship management software.
• Punctuality and a strong attendance record are vital to meet client and candidate expectations.
• The job requires regular office hours, but flexibility is necessary for client meetings and candidate interviews.
• Attendance at client meetings, networking events, and other activities related to client and candidate management is essential.
