*Overall Responsibility *
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, unloading trucks, and keeping warehouse materials clean and organized to ensure that all materials that enter or leave the warehouse or identified areas such as the freezers, or are moved within the facility are done safely, efficiently and effectively.
The Warehouse Associate will ensure that all records are completed and maintained as required by both internal/external organizations and verify that deliveries are completed within the timeframe, accurately completing all necessary documentation, and that the trucks and materials meet standards.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities *include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Receive trucks and unload merchandise.
· Inspect all incoming raw materials and reject any damaged or insufficient orders.
· Sort material according to Allergen Matrix.
· Place and stock merchandise on pallets or shelves.
· Stages all received materials into the racking system, maintains a safe, well organized, and clutter free warehouse while assuring that all materials are delivered to the production floor in a timely manner.
· Working from a pull sheet will be responsible for warehouse activities that supports production.
· Maintain an orderly warehouse, pull finished goods, wrap the skids and load trailers with said product.
· Match purchase orders to receiving documentation.
· Record all received materials and return shipping report to office for processing.
· Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the storehouse.
· Follow all safety codes.
· Complete all required paperwork, enter information into Navision and operate in a safe and accurate manner.
· Carry out tasks as assigned by the General Manager, Plant Manager, and Operations Manager.
· Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
· Completes transfers, pulls product from the production floor to ensure proper storage and delivery.
· Execute Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety guidelines throughout the production shift.
· Strictly adhere to and confer all company policies and procedures as outlined in the policy manual.
· Accurately document delivery and return quantities completed at all times.
· Clean truck and transportation equipment to cleanliness standards at all times.
· Completely and accurately record data as required.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of all stocked items.
· All other duties as assigned.

· Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
· Must work well in a team environment.
· Knowledge of receiving and vendor approval for deliveries.
The Warehouse Operator will follow all Quality GMP, Safety, Department, and Organizational requirements at all times .
Must be certified on all warehouse equipment.
