Process Engineer

Echelon Industries/Jarvis Surgical is currently seeking a Process Engineer to join our team.
This is a hands-on position, working directly on the shop floor to troubleshoot and improve the flow & efficiency of products.
Having a machining background is a _*MUST!*_.
Programming experience is a plus.
Special tooling and improvement projects will be a major part of the job.
Responsibilties will include, but not be limited to : -Pinpointing inefficiencies in processes, from setup - tooling - paperwork - programming - inspections -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and ensure product quality Qualifications: Substantial Engineering experience preferred Familiarity with GD&T principles and their application in manufacturing processes is a plus Review costs & efficiencies Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze date to drive process improvements Excellent communication and teamwork skills We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for career growth Join out team of talented engineers and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.
