Ensure all jobs are produced in a timely manner meeting schedule deadline.
Familiarity with wide format printing techniques and equipment on a wide variety of substrates.
Experience in sign making, vinyl cutting and graphic installation on a wide variety of substrates and surfaces
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Acrobat Pro - FlexiCut, Onyx Rip, PitStop or any impostion sotware a plus.
Ability to preflight and maniplulate customer files for a wide format and sign making
production setting.
Operate and maintain production equipment such as wide format roll and flatbed printers, table router, lamionators and vinyl cutters.
Knowledge of CNC table routing a huge plus
Read and understand work orders, layout sheets, and other specifications prior to starting the assigned job.
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality control and timely production
Perform housekeeping and preventative maintenance duties on all machines and work area to maintain a neat and orderly environment.
Cross train and work in other positions/departments when needed including in our digital department.
All other duties as assigned by direct Supervisor.
Physical And Environmental Requirements: The employee is frequently required to walk, squat & stoop; reach with hands and arms; and use hands and fingers to feel, handle, push/pull levers & buttons, and operate various tools.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The noise level in the work environment may become moderate to high.
