Production Packaging Associate

We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Packaging Associate to join a dynamic and fun team! Your primary responsibilities will include packaging and preparing products for distribution, ensuring inventory accuracy, and adhering to quality standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: You will be responsible for packaging products efficiently and accurately to meet production goals and quality standards.
This includes inspecting products for defects, labeling, and sealing packages.
Match and confirm inventory to ensure that the right products are being packaged and shipped.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet our company's quality standards.
Report any defects or issues to the supervisor for resolution.
Work efficiently to meet daily production quotas, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Follow established processes and procedures to optimize productivity.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, and promote a safe working environment.
This includes proper lifting techniques and the use of personal protective equipment.
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production processes and meet production goals Be adaptable and open to taking on various tasks within the production department as needed.
Attendance is a critical function Skills/Qualifications: Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
Endurance to stand for 12-hour shifts.
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Team player with good communication skills.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus, NOT REQUIRED! Hours: 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM- rotating schedules with weekends required
