*The Opportunity:* Fogarty's Home Service is growing, and we are looking for a Residential Installer/Co-Foreman to join our team.

*What We Offer:* * A career opportunity dedicated to your personal growth, with the opportunity for advancement by providing home repair services that include basement waterproofing, basement finishing, foundation repair, crawl space and attic insulation * Competitive pay with the opportunity to earn overtime and additional bonus incentives * A solid benefits package, including paid time off and 6 company holidays, health, dental and vision insurance * A trusting, respectful and fun culture * A company you can be proud to represent *Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):* * Execute daily work instructions received from Supervisor in a timely manner, including loading, transporting, and delivering material to job sites, and all energy related retrofit work * Maintain company material handling equipment in safe and good working condition * Lift and carry materials, as needed * Perform labor on the job site, as necessary * Work effectively to meet or exceed customer expectations while maintaining high-quality standards * Keep assigned vehicle organized and clean * Track vehicle maintenance and alert management when maintenance is necessary * Maintain a clean driving record and abide by all transportation laws * Be mindful of parking work vehicles when on job site to avoid penalties * Must be able to work in the US *Prerequisites include:* * A valid drivers license and reliable transportation * Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws for home service companies and by company insurance carrier(s) * Two or more years of experience as an energy retrofit technician preferred * Two or more years of carpentry experience preferred * A high school diploma or equivalent or a comparable combination of education, training and experience * A neat, clean, and professional appearance *Job Type & Hours* Full Time * Average 40 hours per week (typically 7:00 a.
